Job description •We are seeking a creative and talented Experience Designer to join our team •As a Experience Designer, you will play a key role in designing intuitive and engaging digital products that meet the needs of our users •If you have 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, a passion for user-•centered design principles, and a strong portfolio showcasing your design work, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity, •Responsibilities •Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, •engineers, and other stakeholders, to understand user requirements and business goals •Translate user needs and business requirements into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes •Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile •applications, ensuring consistency across platforms and devices •Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to •Work closely with developers to ensure the feasibility and implementation of designs, and provide design support throughout the development process •Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI component •libraries to streamline the design process and ensure design consistency •Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX/UI design •Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to ensure the alignment of product designs with brand guidelines and messaging •Requirements •Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field •3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, product design, or related field •Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and your design process •Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar •Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability principles, and design thinking methodologies •Experience with user research methods, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing •Strong visual design skills, with an eye for typography, color, and layout •Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and explain design decisions to cross-functional teams •Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously •Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges and technologies •Preferred Skills •Experience with prototyping tools (e-g, InVision, Proto io) •Familiarity with animation and interaction design principles •Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices •Experience working in agile development environments Benefits •On demand Medical Insurance •Insurance Top-up facility for Parents, Spouse and Children •Opportunity to work on Impact projects •Opportunities to upskill
