Overview

Last updated: 16 Sep 2026

UXD Talks community spaces are intended for learning, professional growth, respectful conversation, feedback, collaboration, and meaningful participation. These guidelines apply to comments, posts, profile evidence, submissions, event chats, community groups, feedback, and other user-generated content.

Expected Conduct

Users must participate respectfully, honestly, and professionally. Constructive disagreement is welcome, but harassment, hate, abuse, threats, discrimination, spam, impersonation, doxxing, fraud, plagiarism, deceptive claims, or disruptive behavior is not allowed.

Submissions And Evidence

Users are responsible for the accuracy, legality, ownership, and permissions related to content they submit. Profile evidence, portfolio items, stories, achievements, claims, comments, or media may be reviewed, approved, rejected, removed, or escalated by UXD Talks moderators or admins.

Moderation

UXD Talks may remove content, limit visibility, reject submissions, suspend participation, revoke access, or take other action where content or behavior violates policy, harms users, creates legal risk, affects platform integrity, or disrupts community safety.

Moderation decisions may be made manually, with tooling support, or through internal review processes.

No Guaranteed Outcomes

Community participation does not guarantee collaborations, employment, business opportunities, mentorship, profile approval, XP, badges, recognition, or any professional outcome.
