These Event Terms apply to UXD Talks webinars, expert sessions, workshops, meetups, online events, offline events, hybrid events, livestreams, and community sessions.

Event registration may depend on seat availability, account status, membership entitlement, approval, payment status, access rules, or event-specific requirements. UXD Talks may restrict entry, change access mode, or remove participants for safety, misconduct, eligibility, technical, or operational reasons.

Some events may be available through a Membership. Membership purchase does not guarantee that a specific event will occur during the user's membership period, that a seat will always be available, or that an event will not be rescheduled or cancelled.

If a membership-gated event is cancelled or rescheduled, the Membership payment remains non-refundable because Membership access may include multiple benefits and is not sold as a ticket for one specific event.

UXD Talks may change speakers, format, platform, venue, timing, capacity, agenda, or delivery mode, or may cancel or reschedule events where reasonably necessary. UXD Talks will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes through available channels.

Participants must follow venue rules, platform rules, event instructions, security procedures, and respectful conduct standards. UXD Talks may remove or restrict participants for abuse, harassment, disruption, unsafe behavior, unlawful conduct, discrimination, impersonation, spam, or policy violations without refund.

Events may be photographed, recorded, streamed, transcribed, archived, edited, published, or used for educational, operational, documentation, community, marketing, or promotional purposes. Participants may appear through name, voice, image, likeness, chat messages, questions, submissions, or interactions.

Incidental crowd or background appearance may not always be avoidable.

Event payments or registration charges, where applicable, are non-refundable unless a specific written event offer or applicable law expressly states otherwise. Membership payments linked to event access are non-refundable.
