Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refund, cancellation, failed payment, duplicate charge, and support-review rules across UXD Talks services.

Unless a specific checkout page, written offer, policy, or applicable law expressly states otherwise, payments made to UXD Talks are non-refundable.
This policy applies to Memberships, courses, self-paced learning, certifications, events, workshops, digital access, and related paid services.
Membership Refunds
Membership payments are non-refundable. Membership is a fixed-duration access product and is not refunded because of non-use, missed events, cancelled events, changed benefits, expired access, plan changes, user choice, account inactivity, or change of preference.
Course Certification And Event Refunds
Course, certification, event, workshop, or learning payments are non-refundable unless the relevant checkout page, written offer, or applicable law expressly provides a different rule. The earlier UXFIC-specific refund formula is not part of this default policy.
Failed Or Duplicate Payments
If a payment fails, remains pending, or appears duplicated, users should contact info@uxdtalks.com with payment proof, registered email, payment ID, order ID, amount, date, and screenshots where available.
UXD Talks may review payment gateway data and internal records. Technical duplicate charges or gateway errors may be handled at UXD Talks' sole discretion. This support review does not guarantee refund, credit, extension, or activation.
Cancellation By UXD Talks
UXD Talks may cancel, reschedule, modify, restrict, pause, or discontinue services, events, benefits, or access where reasonably necessary for operational, technical, legal, safety, business, or policy reasons. Such changes do not automatically create a refund right unless expressly stated.
User Cancellation
If a user chooses not to attend, participate, continue, use access, complete a course, take an assessment, or use Membership benefits, no refund is due unless a specific written policy for that product says otherwise.
