UXD Talks Membership is a fixed-duration, company-benefit based access product. It is not recurring subscription billing unless UXD Talks expressly introduces and discloses such a feature in the future.

Membership benefits, pricing, duration, eligible courses, events, workshops, self-paced learning, and access rules may change based on plan configuration, published comparison tables, campaigns, and company decisions.

Membership access is activated only after successful payment capture, verification, and internal activation. Some payments may require admin review if a stale checkout, duplicate payment, gateway issue, or activation conflict occurs.

Users are responsible for reviewing the selected plan, duration, price, and policy links before completing payment.

Each Membership has a fixed start date and end date. Access is available only during the active membership period and may pause or end after expiry. Expiry may affect access to membership-only self-paced learning, workshops, events, or other benefits while preserving historical records, progress, certificates, receipts, and registrations as supported by the platform.

If a user purchases the same Membership plan again, UXD Talks may treat it as a renewal or extension, and the new term may begin after the current eligible Membership ends.

If a user purchases a different Membership plan, UXD Talks may treat it as a replacement, upgrade, or downgrade. The current Membership and any future scheduled Membership records may be deactivated, cancelled, upgraded, or replaced, and the newly purchased Membership may start immediately after payment and activation.

The checkout page may show contextual messages explaining whether the selected purchase is a fresh purchase, extension, or replacement.

UXD Talks may add, remove, change, archive, or replace Membership plans, benefits, content eligibility, events, workshops, pricing, durations, or comparison tables. Inactive or archived plans may stop being offered for new purchase.

Membership access does not guarantee that every event, course, workshop, or benefit will be available at all times during the Membership period.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers such as Razorpay or other supported gateways. UXD Talks may issue receipts for successful captured Membership payments where the internal payment and activation flow is completed.

If money is captured but Membership activation cannot safely complete automatically, UXD Talks may mark the payment as requiring admin activation or support review. Admins may activate the Membership after reviewing the payment, user account, selected plan, and current Membership state.

Membership payments are non-refundable. This includes situations where the user does not use the Membership, does not attend events during the Membership period, an event is cancelled or rescheduled, eligible benefits change, or the user later chooses a different plan.

Technical duplicate charges or payment gateway errors may be reviewed by UXD Talks at its sole discretion after the user provides payment proof. Such review does not create a guaranteed refund right.
