Please include your name, registered email if applicable, relevant URL or reference number, a clear description of the issue, supporting evidence, and the action requested.

What Can Be Reported

You may report privacy concerns, incorrect personal data, suspected unauthorized account access, copyright infringement, harmful user content, harassment, impersonation, payment discrepancies, certificate concerns, profile evidence issues, event conduct, or other policy violations.

Review Process

UXD Talks may acknowledge, investigate, request more information, restrict content, remove content, preserve records, escalate internally, contact affected parties, or take account-level action. Timelines may vary based on complexity, legal obligations, third-party dependencies, and evidence available.

Data Requests

Privacy and personal data requests will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 where applicable.

Misuse Of Reporting

False, abusive, repetitive, bad-faith, or fraudulent reporting may result in restriction of reporting privileges, account action, or other remedies available to UXD Talks.
