These Course & Learning Terms apply to UXD Talks courses, self-paced learning, workshops, LMS access, learning modules, assessments, assignments, course-linked content, and related learning activities.

Course access depends on the applicable product, membership entitlement, enrollment status, payment status, access duration, admin approval where required, and any criteria shown on the course or checkout page. Access may be paused, restricted, or removed if payment fails, membership expires, entitlement is revoked, misconduct occurs, or policy requirements are not met.

Course materials are provided for personal learning only. Users must not copy, download, redistribute, resell, publicly share, train AI systems on, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit UXD Talks materials unless expressly permitted in writing.

UXD Talks may update lessons, modules, structure, thumbnails, assessments, or resources for quality, accuracy, or operational reasons.

Learning progress, lesson completion, assessment answers, retries, scores, reviews, XP, and certificate eligibility are governed by the course configuration and rules visible in the product or learning flow. UXD Talks may review, reset, correct, or invalidate progress where fraud, technical error, misuse, or policy violation is suspected.

Paid course, workshop, or learning purchases are non-refundable unless a specific checkout page, written offer, or applicable law expressly states otherwise. Any technical duplicate charge or gateway error may be reviewed by UXD Talks support at its sole discretion after receiving payment proof.

Course participation does not guarantee a job, interview, certification, badge, salary outcome, client work, portfolio approval, or professional result. Learning outcomes depend on the user's participation, submission quality, effort, and applicable evaluation criteria.
