UXD Talks owns or licenses its course content, recordings, lesson materials, frameworks, templates, methods, designs, brand assets, documents, platform content, event media, website content, copy, visuals, and related intellectual property.

Users receive only a limited, non-transferable, revocable right to access materials for personal learning or participation.

Users must not copy, reproduce, resell, distribute, upload, publish, scrape, train AI systems on, create competing products from, or commercially exploit UXD Talks materials without written permission.

Users must not remove copyright notices, bypass technical restrictions, share login credentials, or redistribute paid or members-only content.

Users remain responsible for rights, permissions, accuracy, and legality of submitted content. By submitting work, feedback, comments, testimonials, applications, project files, profile evidence, or media, users grant UXD Talks permission to review, moderate, store, display, reproduce, archive, and use such content as necessary for service delivery, community operation, education, marketing, or policy enforcement, subject to applicable consent controls.

If you believe content on UXD Talks infringes your copyright or intellectual property rights, contact info@uxdtalks.com with your name, contact details, ownership proof, URL or description of the disputed content, and a good-faith explanation of the issue.

UXD Talks may remove, restrict, restore, or seek more information about disputed content at its discretion and in accordance with applicable law.
