These Terms of Use apply to UXD Talks Private Limited, CIN U62099BR2025PTC078043, registered office at 100/E, 1st Floor, Anita Niwas Road No. 1, Kharkhura, Gaya, Bihar - 823002. References to "UXD Talks", "Company", "we", "us", or "our" mean UXD Talks Private Limited.

By accessing UXD Talks websites, creating an account, enrolling in a course, purchasing a Membership, registering for an event, participating in community spaces, submitting content, or using any related service, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from this Terms hub.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, password, device access, and login credentials. Account sharing, unauthorized access, impersonation, misuse of another person's information, scraping, automated abuse, malware, reverse engineering, or unlawful use of UXD Talks platforms is prohibited.

UXD Talks may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, policy enforcement, legal compliance, operational continuity, or protection of learners, members, speakers, mentors, and community participants.

These Terms cover UXD Talks websites, self-paced learning, courses, workshops, certification flows, assessments, memberships, online or offline events, community participation, content submissions, payment flows, receipts, communications, and related services operated by UXD Talks.

Specific services may have additional policies, checkout copy, eligibility criteria, access windows, certificate rules, or operational instructions. If a service-specific policy applies, it should be read together with these Terms.

Access to paid services is provided only after successful payment, verification, and internal activation where applicable. UXD Talks may use third-party payment gateways, banks, or payment service providers and is not responsible for their downtime, banking delays, technical interruptions, or failures outside reasonable control.

Payments are generally non-refundable unless a specific policy, checkout page, written offer, or applicable law says otherwise. Technical duplicate charges or payment gateway errors may be reviewed by UXD Talks support at its sole discretion after receiving relevant payment proof.

UXD Talks materials, course content, recordings, frameworks, templates, platform designs, documents, event media, branding, and related intellectual property remain owned by UXD Talks or its licensors. Users receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable right to access materials for personal learning or participation only.

User submissions remain the responsibility of the person submitting them. By submitting content, feedback, testimonials, comments, project work, applications, media, or other materials, you grant UXD Talks permission to use, review, moderate, archive, publish, or display that content as described in the applicable policies and consent notices.

UXD Talks provides educational, community, event, membership, and professional development experiences. Unless expressly promised in writing, UXD Talks does not guarantee jobs, interviews, admissions, certifications, income, collaborations, business opportunities, salary outcomes, or uninterrupted platform availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UXD Talks is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, loss of income, missed opportunities, third-party service failures, or user misconduct. Total liability, where legally applicable, is limited to the amount actually paid for the relevant service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent District Court at Gaya, Bihar.
