This Privacy Policy applies to UXD Talks Private Limited, CIN U62099BR2025PTC078043. UXD Talks acts as a Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 where it determines the purpose and means of processing personal data.

This policy applies to website visitors, account holders, learners, members, event attendees, speakers, mentors, contributors, community participants, applicants, and users interacting with UXD Talks services.

Data We Collect

Depending on your interaction with UXD Talks, we may collect name, email, phone number, account details, payment metadata, membership records, course or event registration data, attendance, assignment and assessment submissions, certificate records, community submissions, profile evidence, device information, IP address, login timestamps, LMS activity, communications, feedback, testimonials, and support requests.

For certification, course, event, community, or speaker workflows, additional information such as portfolio links, work samples, resumes, photographs, submitted media, evaluation results, or eligibility information may be collected where relevant.

Purposes Of Processing

We process personal data for account creation, authentication, service delivery, payment verification, receipt generation, membership activation, course access, event registration, certification evaluation, community moderation, fraud prevention, security, support, legal compliance, analytics, communication, and operational improvement.

Marketing communications, public testimonials, placement or recruiter sharing, and similar unrelated uses will be handled through separate consent where required.

Sharing And Third Parties

We may share data with instructors, mentors, payment gateways, hosting providers, email and communication tools, analytics providers, LMS providers, support tools, legal advisors, government authorities where required, and other processors needed to operate UXD Talks services.

Media, Events And Recordings

Events, workshops, webinars, sessions, community activities, and educational interactions may be photographed, recorded, streamed, transcribed, archived, edited, or used for operational, educational, documentation, safety, archival, community, or promotional purposes as described in event notices and consent flows.

Users who do not wish to appear in public-facing media should contact UXD Talks before participation. Incidental background or crowd appearance may not always be avoidable.

Retention And Security

Data is retained for as long as needed for service delivery, legal compliance, academic verification, certification validation, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, accounting, tax, audit, support, or legitimate operational purposes.
