Overview

Last updated: 16 Sep 2026

UXD Talks certificates and credentials are private educational records or recognitions issued by UXD Talks. They are not government-issued qualifications unless expressly stated otherwise.

Eligibility

Certificate eligibility depends on the criteria shown in the relevant course, certification, assessment, or checkout flow. Criteria may include payment clearance, account status, module completion, assessment score, attendance, assignment or project submission, review completion, conduct compliance, identity verification, or other course-specific requirements.

Users should rely on the criteria shown for the specific course or certification at the time of purchase or participation, as requirements may vary by product.

Assessment Integrity

Users must not cheat, impersonate others, manipulate systems, submit copied work, use unauthorized assistance, disrupt assessment integrity, or misrepresent their identity, progress, answers, or submissions.

UXD Talks may invalidate scores, withhold certificates, block retries, reset attempts, review submissions manually, or take account action where integrity concerns arise.

Issuance And Verification

Certificates may be issued digitally after UXD Talks systems or admins confirm eligibility. Issuance may be delayed by review, payment verification, technical errors, admin checks, or unresolved account issues.

UXD Talks may provide verification pages, certificate IDs, public previews, or downloadable files where supported by the platform.

Revocation And Correction

UXD Talks may revoke, correct, replace, suspend, or mark a certificate invalid if it was issued due to fraud, misconduct, plagiarism, cheating, payment failure, payment reversal, wrong issuance, system error, admin error, identity concerns, policy violation, or legal requirement.

Revocation or correction does not automatically create a refund right.
