Job Description We are looking for an experienced Sr. UI/UX Designer, Graphic Designer & Technical Writer to join our team supporting HSBC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user experience design, graphic design, technical content creation, and data visualization, with the ability to simplify complex concepts into engaging user-centric experiences and documentation. Key Responsibilities •Design intuitive and engaging UI/UX solutions for enterprise applications, dashboards, and digital platforms. •Create high-quality visual assets including presentations, marketing collateral, infographics, graphics, and digital content. Translate complex technical information into clear, user-friendly documentation for technical, business, and leadership stakeholders. •Develop wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user-centered design solutions. •Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, •Establish content structures, taxonomy, naming conventions, and documentation standards. •Create and maintain presentations, newsletters, web content, internal communications, and other business materials. •Drive continuous improvement of user experiences through research, feedback, and iterative design practices. •Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery. Required Skills •7-10 years of experience in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Visual Design, or Technical Writing. •Strong expertise in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver, and other design tools. •Experience in content design, communication design, presentation design, and user experience design. •Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions and visual storytelling. •Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills. •Ability to simplify complex business and technical concepts into engaging visual and written content. •Experience managing multiple stakeholders, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
